Gymnastics and Recreation Center

The Gymnastics and Recreation Center (GRC) offers instructional programs that provide opportunities for kids and adults of all ages to enjoy gymnastics from preschool programs to competitive levels.

Comparable to any private club, the GRC can meet the needs of any new or experienced gymnast. Careful time and attention is spent on class placement to make sure all students have a rewarding and enjoyable gymnastics experience. Learn more about how to get involved below!

Gymnastics Classes

We offer classes for toddlers through adults, from traditional lessons to tumbling, trampoline, and cheer.

Amenities

The GRC is equipped with a sprung floor, beams, uneven bars, parallel bars, high bar, vault, trampoline and foam pit, pommel horse, and rings. The GRC also has studio space for dance and fitness classes.

Registration

Gymnastics classes follow a school-year calendar with sessions divided by season.

  • Fall: August-December | 16 weeks
  • Winter: January-March | 11 weeks
  • Spring: April-June | 9 weeks
  • Summer: June-July | 4 weeks

If a class or open gym is full, join the waitlist. If an opening becomes available, you will receive an email and have 48 hours to complete your registration.
