Join Chef Tara Humphrey of Global Peel for a culinary and cultural tour around the world through food. April you will be learning Southern Cooking in it's finest. From Pecan Pies to hand pies, to fried chicken, biscuits and gravy and the beauty of fresh vegetables. Culinary techniques will include canning just in time for summer gardenisng.In May, we will experience the multi-cultural cuisines of South Africa. We will enjoy barbecue favorites, blend chutneys and cook traditional foods from the Ndebele tribe. Bobotie, curry and pudding come together for an exciting and innovative menu. Bring along your favorite beverage to sip, or Tara will send suggested menu pairings the week of the session. Ages 21+
